- Complete 100% of the fare (i.e., fare + YQ & airport taxes) must be made no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- The submission of passenger names should be done at least 3 working days before your departure date.
- If you need to make name changes, they must be made no later than 24 hours before departure (working hours: 9:00 to 17:00)!!
For Group Size of 26-30 Passengers
- In this case, a nonrefundable deposit of 10% of airfares must be made by 5 days from the confirmation date!
- Secondly, 50% (nonrefundable) of the fare has to be made 45 days before the departure date!!
- Complete payment (100% of the airfares) has to be done by 21 days before the journey date.
- The names of passengers of the group have to be submitted no further than 3 working days before the departure.
For Group Sizes Above 60 Passengers
- Here, the nonrefundable deposit is 25% of the airfares and must be made no later than 5 working days from the confirmation/creation date.
- You have to make 50% of the airfares up to 45 days before the journey date.
- For complete payment, the timeline is 21 days before the journey date.
- The price won’t include other costs like surface transportation, visa, & other similar fees.
- The names of the passengers have to be submitted no further than 3 days before the departure date.
